The Information and complaint of T. 8. Gidley taken this day before me, the undersigned, one of His Majesty's Justices of the Feace in and for the said Colony, who states:-

I am Inspector of Folice in this Colony. From information received I have good cause to believe and verily do believe that Cheong Cho Ting alies ko Cho Ting and Chu Cheong on or about the 25th. day of March, 1903, in the Colony of Hongkong, feloniously wilfully and of their malice aforethought, did kill and murder one Hung Tsun Hui against the peace of our Lord the King his crown and dignity. I therefore pray for warrants to arrest the said Cheong Cho Ting alias ko Cho Ting and Chu Cheong on the above mentioned charge.
